What is the A-mazin Personal Shopper Service?

A-mazin is pleased to offer a convenient Personal Shopper Service for our International Customers. Many US stores will not ship outside the United States or accept alternate methods of payment other than a US credit card. A-mazin’s Personal Shopper service helps alleviate these issues by allowing you to conveniently purchase items from several stores, right from your A-mazin Account. We will use our company credit card to purchase items for you and have them shipped to our warehouse with your A-mazin Account Number. All you need to do is send money to fund your A-mazin Account using, Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer. Once we receive the funds, we will add it to your account.

Is there a set up or registration fee to use the Personal Shopper Service?

No. A-mazin does not charge a set up or registration fee to use the Personal Shopper Service.

Is there a monthly fee to use the Personal Shopper Service?

No. A-mazin does not charge a monthly fee to use the Personal Shopper Service.

What is the charge to use the Personal Shopper Service?

A-mazin’s Personal Shopper Service fee is 5% of the total purchase amount with a minimum amount of $20.00

Is there a limit on the number of stores I can buy from at one time?

No. You can purchase several items from several stores under one transaction with the A-mazin Personal Shopper Service.

What types of payment do you accept to use the Personal Shopper Service?

A-mazin accepts payment into your account through Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer. Contact support@a-mazin.com for bank transfer information. Any fees associated with the above payment methods will also be deducted from your account. Accounts must have adequate funds to cover all purchases and fees.

Can I send extra money to my A-mazin Account to use for future purchases and/or shipping charges?

Yes, any money left in your account after your purchases and shipping has been paid for will remain in your account until you are ready to use it toward any future product purchases or shipping cost.

How will I know when my items have been purchased by A-mazin?

A-mazin will forward order confirmations to you via email from each store we purchase an item from on your behalf.

How will I know when my purchases have arrived in my A-mazin Account?

A-mazin will notify you via email when you receive packages to your account and where they came from. You can then submit a shipment request or wait to receive additional packages.

Do you offer a repack service for my purchases?

Yes. A-mazin offers a repack service at a fee of $2.75 per package with a $5.00 minimum amount.

Are there any restricted items that I cannot ship?

The following items are not acceptable for carriage to any international destinations unless otherwise indicated. (Additional restrictions may apply depending on destination. Various regulatory clearances in addition to customs clearance may be required for certain commodities, thereby extending the transit time.) Make sure to check with your country’s customs department before requesting items through the A-mazinShopper Service.

  • APO/FPO addresses.
  • O.D. shipments.
  • Human corpses, human organs or body parts, human and animal embryos, or cremated or disinterred human remains.
  • Explosives
  • Firearms, weaponry and their parts.
  • Perishable foodstuffs and foods and beverages requiring refrigeration or other environmental control.
  • Live animals (including insects).
  • Plants and plant material, including cut flowers.
  • Lottery tickets and gambling devices where prohibited by local, state, provincial or national law.
  • Money (coins, cash, currency, paper money and negotiable instruments equivalent to cash such as endorsed stocks, bonds and cash letters).
  • Collectable coins and stamps.
