- Get your ticket number(s) on the Thank-You page and by email after successful payment.
- We draw the winner after the sales window closes and notify by email within 72 hours.

Winners are generated using a verifiable method, and the winning ticket number(s) are published on the site after the draw.
Refunded or failed orders are excluded from participation.
Rules & Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18+ where charitable raffles are permitted.
- Void where prohibited.
- Unlimited tickets per person unless sold out. We may cap total tickets for fairness.
- Tickets are non-refundable, except for duplicate charges or payment failures.
- We will contact the winner via the email used at checkout. If unresponsive for 7 days, a redraw may occur.
- By entering, you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Immediately after successful payment on the Thank-You page and by email.
Do I need an account?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you:
- View tickets anytime under My Account → Raffle/Tickets
- Receive Harmony tokens automatically
How will the winner be chosen?
We use a random selection from all valid paid ticket numbers.
The winning ticket and initials will be posted on our website, and the winner will be emailed.
Can I get a refund?
Raffle tickets are non-refundable once generated, except for accidental duplicate charges or failed payments.
What if I live outside India?
Please check local rules. If shipping is not practical, we may offer an equivalent model or reasonable alternative at our discretion.
